All connected accounts contribute: bank and savings accounts as assets, credit cards as liabilities, investment accounts at current market value as assets, and loans (mortgage, student loans) as liabilities on Pro.

Yes — on the Pro plan via Plaid's investment data. The Holdings tab shows each position with current value, cost basis, and gain/loss. Total portfolio value is included in the Dashboard net worth calculation.

Loan balances are pulled automatically on the Pro plan. Outstanding mortgage balance, student loan balance, and credit card debt are all fetched and subtracted from assets in the net worth calculation.

Yes — the Balance History tab logs account balances on every sync, building a running record. You can see how your net worth has evolved month by month since you started using Finsemble.
