Frequently asked questions

What counts as an account?
A connected account is one financial institution login. For example, connecting Chase counts as one connected account, regardless of how many checking, savings, or credit card accounts are under that login. Each connected account includes all eligible sub-accounts. Investment accounts and loan data are available on Pro and are included in your connected account, not counted separately.
What happens at the end of the 11-day trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your sheet stays in your Drive and you keep everything you synced. Syncing just stops. You can resubscribe at any time and pick up where you left off.
Can I share my sheet with my accountant?
Yes. It's a regular Google Sheet in your Drive, so you share it the same way you'd share any Sheet. Your accountant doesn't need a Finsemble account to view or edit it.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade to a plan with fewer connected accounts than you have connected, you'll be prompted to remove the extras.
Does Finsemble store my bank credentials?
No. Bank connections are handled entirely by Plaid, which is used by thousands of financial apps including Venmo and Coinbase. Finsemble only receives read-only transaction data. It can never move money or modify your accounts.
